 note = {この実践報告は、2006年度後期に私が担当した科目「教職への社会人経験適応演習」を取り上げ、この科目の意義、授業構成、授業実践内容、そして受講生が書いたレポート・コメントの要旨とこの科目でまとめた全員の小論「自己の社会人経験を教職に生かす方策」から私か帰納した内容から構成されている。帰納した結論によれば、社会人経験をもつ学生は、多くの点でその経験がない学生より教員として優れた資質を備えている。しかし問題がない訳ではない。それはなぜか、またどうすればその問題を克服して社会人経験教員を学校現場で組織的に活かせるか。これらの点についてもこの実践報告の終わりで触れてある。, This paper is one of the author's seminar records from October 2006 to March 2007. The aim of this seminar is to help students of non-teaching careers become professional teachers. Another aim is to find out the reasons why the teachers from non-teaching careers are in demand at schools now. At the end of this seminar, each student wrote a report entitled, "My plan to make use of my non-teaching career in the teaching profession." From their reports and discussions in classes, I found out that the students of non-teaching careers were probably much more qualified to become teachers than those students of direct entry in terms of challenging spirit, communication ability, etc. Therefore, I hope that the School Boards will continue to recruit them even though they have some minor problems, because without their participation, it will be hopeless, I think, for today's conventional schools to change.},
