The aim of this seminar is to help students of non-teaching careers become professional teachers. Another aim is to find out the reasons why the teachers from non-teaching careers are in demand at schools now. At the end of this seminar, each student wrote a report entitled, "My plan to make use of my non-teaching career in the teaching profession." From their reports and discussions in classes, I found out that the students of non-teaching careers were probably much more qualified to become teachers than those students of direct entry in terms of challenging spirit, communication ability, etc. Therefore, I hope that the School Boards will continue to recruit them even though they have some minor problems, because without their participation, it will be hopeless, I think, for today's conventional schools to change.}, pages = {41--48}, title = {社会人経験をもつ学生への指導から得られたこと : 授業実践報告から}, volume = {1}, year = {2008} }
