 note = {この研究ノートは四つの内容からなる。最初は数多くの先人たちが研究対象として取り上げてきた斎藤喜博。その文献リストを、あえて私が今作る目的とねらいである。二番目は紙面が許す範囲でその目的に沿った文献リスト一覧である。なおその際分類の基準として、課題別ではなく著者、編者を中心にしてある。課題別の文献リストもできるだけ早く作成する予定である。三番目は特にこれから斎藤喜博を学ぼうとする人々のための主要文献解題である。そして最後に私のゼミで始めて斎藤喜博を知った教職を志す学生たちのレポートからの抜粋を紹介する。なお斉藤の業績に対する著者の見解は、長くなりすぎることもあり別稿に譲ることとする, This paper consists of four parts. First, it will start with the purpose of creating a bibliography of Saito Kihaku, one of the most distinguished Japanese educators in the second half of the 20^<th> century. Second, a bibliography compiled by the author will follow. Third, ten basic books by Saito are introduced. Fourth, short comments on Saito are expressed by four graduate students, who had never previously heard of him. Saito Kihaku(l9ll〜8l) became principal of Shima Primary School at a rural village in Gunma Prefecture in 1952 and worked there for eleven years. During this period, he drastically improved the teachers' mind and skills and the students' motivation to study and scholastic achievement. As a result, Saito and his school became so famous that more than ten thousand visitors of various occupations besides teachers visited his school from all over the country. Accordingly, he became a prominent educator and wrote a lot of books and attracted many supporters. However, twenty seven years after his death, most young teachers and students do not know the legacy of Saito. This is the main reason why the author began to compile a bibliography of Saito's works.},
